Events Co-ordinator – The successful applicant will develop and co-ordinate the use of Clevedon Pier and its new state of the art facilities. You will be responsible for all aspects of event co-ordination from initial enquiry right through to delivery. This is a hands-on role, you will be highly organised, effective at coordinating a number of different things at once and ensure that each one of our events run smoothly. You will also be required to be part of a rota system acting as Duty Manager providing supervision for staff and volunteers and the welfare of our customers. This will necessitate the need to work some week-ends and evenings.
– Previous experience in an events and wedding planning
– Ability and skill to create an event in an unpredictable environment due to weather.
– Clear written and verbal communication skills.
– Retail experience
-Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
-Good IT competency – able to use database, spreadsheet and word processing packages.
£24,000 pro rata – Hours to be agreed.
Visitor experience assistants – The successful applicants will be part of a team of staff and volunteers working in our ticket office/gift shop. You will have excellent customer service skills, be computer literate, and have a desire to give the best visitor experience to our customers. You will also be required to host at events and sailings therefore some late/early starts will be necessary.
– Previous till experience (preferable but not essential as training will be given)

-Own transport
-Energetic, outgoing and flexible. Various hours to include Evenings and weekends – (Seasonal) 18yrs and over – Salary dependent on age.
