Clevedon Pier and Heritage Trust are recruiting an experienced and organised Volunteer Coordinator to join our Volunteer Services team.
You will recruit, train and support volunteers across a range of services and projects. Our volunteers carry out a variety of roles including meeting and greeting, assisting with events and working in the Pier gift shop.
You will provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to volunteers and promote effective teamwork and communication.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills who can build and maintain strong relationships with our volunteers. You must have good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work, plus a genuine passion for supporting and raising funds for our Grade 1 Listed Pier.
This role is based at our offices at Waterloo house 4 The Beach, Clevedon
Salary – £24,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours – 16 per week including (some evenings and weekends will be required)
Contract – Permanent (subject to 6 month probationary period)
Location – Clevedon
